Shipping

Where do you ship to? What are the shipping costs? Worldwide shipping is possible. The costs vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork and your destination. You will receive further information on the shipment fees during your check out. All costs are clearly displayed, there will be no hidden costs. Purchased items with international shipping may be subject to customs duties and other taxes upon entry into the Country of destination. Please note that these charges are not included in our shipping fees. There may be delays due to customs and additional charges may apply for this. We apologize for any inconvenience in this matter but unfortunately this is not in our hands. We will try our best to make the import as smooth as possible. But we cannot provide you with details on why or for how long your shipment will be delayed for custom purposes, as we have no influence on that. Therefore we kindly ask you to contact the appropriate authorities in your country for further information. How long will it take to receive my order? Your artworks are aimed to be shipped within 7-10 working days, unless stated otherwise. All pieces will be sent via insured shipment. For special delivery dates or express service, please contact us directly before the purchase. We will be happy to assist you. Please note as stated above that we are not responsible for the performance of any third party services. Are the shipments insured? Yes, the artworks are insured for the transport and a tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped. What happens if the artwork gets damaged during shipping? We handle all items with great care and try our best to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, simply send us a photo of the artwork and the shipping container it arrived in. Attach the photo to an email including a description of the damage as well as stating a request for return or exchange and send it to hello@leikela.net. Note: Should you receive a damaged item, you must contact us in the manner stated above within four working days to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. Please note that we sell limited pieces and therefore your replacement may be out of stock.

Payment

What kind of payment methods do you accept? We accept Paypal and Credit card in our online shop. If you do not have a registered Paypal account, you can also check out with Paypal and use your Creditcard. If none of these payment methods work for you, please let us know. We are sure to find a solution. How secure is buying through your store? leikela respects your privacy and will never share your information with anybody. All collected information is handled in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (“BDSG”) and the Federal Telemedia Act (“TMG). Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us in case you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy. Concerning the artworks, please note that the scope of delivery contains a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and leikela, validating the originality of the work and the limitation of series.

What if I don't like what I get? leikela tries to deliver the best quality possible, but slight color variations between the photograph of the artwork on our website and the finished artwork are technically inevitable and shall be excluded from liability. If you are not happy with what you've got, please contact us at hello@leikela.net. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason.
